Color coding

When a date is marked Green, this means that our team is available like usual and that we will reply to your support query within 24 hours.
When a date is marked as Yellow, our team has the freedom to choose whether or not they would like to work. In case of an issue that requires immediate assistance, please use the emergency contact details above.
When a date is marked as Orange, we are closed. Your questions and problems will be dealt with the first day we're open again. In case of an issue that requires immediate assistance, please use the emergency contact details above.
